Come and join Nedd Brockmann as he starts and ends his run from Provans for the 4:01 Club on Thursday 25th September 2025 at 5:30am. Yes it is early, but this allows you enough time to still get to work, after an egg and bacon roll and a Nedds chocky milk or iced coffee.

The 4:01 Club, in conjunction with Mitre 10 and Speak Share has been set up to acknowledge that Tradies need to look after themselves and this club creates a safe place for them to do so. The 4:01 Run Club signifies the time as “Tools Down Time”, catch up with mates, have a chat and debrief about your day.
